More than 400 alumni from Vancouver registered for Raise Each Other Up: A Seminar on Personal Finances by and for women hosted by financial guru’s Nancy Shewfelt and Caroline Hanna from the Shewfelt-McMillan Group.
The mother-daughter team showed the female alumni how to take control of their finances and not only survive the economy, but thrive in it! Nancy Shewfelt provided the audience with smart strategies on how to take control of their own financial future.
With alumni from UBC, SFU, and BCIT in attendance, the event was hugely successful as noted by individuals from all three affinity partners.
Given the popularity of the event, the Shewfelt-McMillan team has decided to host this women’s event on an annual basis.
